Limassol Marina is an exclusive waterfront development which includes waterside apartments and villa’s,restaurants and leisure facilities.

The new development in Cyprus will undoubtedly help boost their property market amid reports released by the Department of Land and Survey that the number of sales had fallen by 14.8% in February compared to the same month last year.

The project which was showcased at the recent Dubai Boat Show 2012 has managed to attract the interests of the middle eastern investors, with the scheme due to open in approximately nine months.

Kurt Fraser who is the sales and marketing director at Camper & Nicholsons Marinas, the firm operating the Limassol marina, explained the security, privacy and size of berths offered in the Cypriot location are among its biggest selling points.

He was also quoted saying that it is also exceptionally rare to have private villas with super yacht berths alongside. In the Mediterranean, Limassol Marina is the only one that comes to mind.

Those hoping to find a home in Limassol may have to move fast to secure one of the 274 apartments or villas available, as the organisation revealed over €40 million (£33.3 million) has already been generated by sales of the Cypriot properties.

The marina which is just a short walk from the heart of Limassol,is designed to blend seamlessly with the city’s historic harbour, old town and medieval castle.

With its breathtaking views, and outstanding range of facilities, Limassol Marina is destined to become one of the most exclusive marina resorts in the Mediterranean – and one of the finest in the world.
